Herber Design worked with Award-winning pastry chef, Nicole Rucker, and her talented team to create FionaBakery. Jason and Nicole initially worked together during the development of Gjustaback in 2013. Fiona’s design centers on a large display window that engages passers-by strolling along Fairfax Avenue with elaborate baked goods. The soft natural light and elegantinterior finishes encourage visitors to stay all day and enjoy a variety of pastries, cookies, pies, bread loaves, and gourmet toasts.
