Herber Design was presented the challenge of converting a 4,200 sq. ft. building once operating as a print shop into Topa Topa Brewing Company’s brewery and tasting room. The project presented the unique challenge working out the spatial arrangements of the brewing and refrigeration equipment, while still providing enough space for the tasting room operations. The patio envelops the tasting room and helps provide an indoor / outdoor connection. The contemporary design is centered on the use of unfinished materials and simple clean detailing.
